Erica grew up in the Boston area where she started her athletic career as a gymnast.  After a pretty bad injury (ask her to show you the scar!), she turned to basketball where she found her calling and ultimately led her high school team to win the Massachusetts State Championship.  She played on several all-star teams in high school, continued to play intramural basketball at Cornell, and still loves playing ball with her family.  Erica loves to teach and motivate players to maximize their contribution to the greater team.
